Terms of use

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Sollecito, an online service for tracking unpaid invoices, estimating late-payment interest, and drafting reminders. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Account

You must provide a valid e-mail address and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account and for the data you enter. Using the service requires that you can enter into a binding contract.

3. Plans and payment

The free plan covers one active invoice. The Pro plan allows unlimited invoices and additional features. Current prices are shown when you subscribe, in the currency of the market you are using. Payments are processed by Stripe; Sollecito does not store card numbers.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel Pro at any time from your account settings. Access normally continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refund requests and any mandatory rights are set out in the refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, not to use the service for unlawful or harassing purposes, not to access other users' data, and to comply with the rules that apply to your clients' personal data.

6. Intellectual property

The software, logo and interface of Sollecito remain the property of the service operator. You keep your rights over the data you enter.

7. What the service is not

Sollecito is a tool for managing and drafting documents, used directly by the creditor. It does not act as a debt collection agency for third parties, does not represent users in court, and does not provide legal or tax advice. Check amounts and wording before sending anything. A reminder prepared in the app is not sent automatically and is not on its own proof of a formal legal demand.

In the United Kingdom, statutory interest on commercial late payment may be claimed under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, with fixed compensation of ยฃ40, ยฃ70 or ยฃ100 depending on the size of the debt. These rules apply to business-to-business debts and not to consumer invoices. Verify the current rate and your entitlement before claiming.

8. Suspension and liability

Access may be suspended for non-payment, abuse or breach of these terms. Continuous availability of the service and actual recovery of debts are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you have under the law of your country. Nothing affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's establishment, without prejudice to mandatory provisions that may apply in your country of residence. The jurisdiction rules provided by law remain applicable.
