Refunds and cancellation

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Right to cancel

Where you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service from the day the contract starts, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin supplying the service immediately, you may lose that right once the supply has been fully performed. Starting a subscription does not by itself remove mandatory rights you have by law. For anything specific to your situation, contact us.

2. Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel Pro at any time from the subscription section of your settings, or by contacting us. Access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid, and the subscription does not renew afterwards.

3. Refunds

Subscription periods that have already started are not normally refunded pro rata, without prejudice to mandatory rights and to the cancellation right described above. If a prolonged fault prevents you from using the service, contact us: every refund request is reviewed individually.

4. Returning to the free plan

When Pro ends, the account returns to the free plan. Your data stays accessible; invoices above the free plan limit can be viewed read-only.

5. Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account from the Contact page. The subscription is cancelled and personal data is deleted within the applicable deadlines and retention obligations, including those relating to invoicing.

6. Disputes

For any question about a payment or a refund, contact us. We aim to reply within five working days.
